Software Summary Report

This Client specific report will provide the metrics you need to action your opportunities

Similar to our Hardware Lifecycle Report, our Software Summary Report is specific to a client that you manage in your ScalePad account.

Use this categorized breakdown of all software assets and their support statuses to identify risk and action opportunities.

Access the Software Summary Report

  1. Navigate to your Clients page
  2. Click into a specific Client
  3. Click the Software tab
  4. Click the Software Summary Report button at the top-right of the page

What it looks like

The front page is a high-level summary that's color-coded to make it easy to read. It immediately identifies the total risk present with this client.

It's followed by a list of every software asset the company has, including a summary of how many assets are supported / have the software installed.
