DMI is designed to provide easy-to-understand assessments for clients and to facilitate client buy-in for investing in their environment.

The DMI shows which clients are at risk of a poor IT experience. Some clients may be on the verge of an infrastructure breakdown and likely require an infrastructure overhaul while some clients on the verge of stability, may require some minor attention.

When is DMI calculated?
After each sync, all DMIs are updated within minutes.
The DMI scale ranges from a value of 300 to a value of 850. A DMI score can fall into 5 possible bands.
