The Client console is where you'll find all your clients that you manage. You can see their hardware replacement opportunities, as well as their hardware and software status in a high-level graph.
Navigate here by clicking Clients in your left-hand navigation bar.
Click the blue Clients Summary Report button to download what you're seeing in the table as a PDF document.
This is the client name for which the subsequent metrics belong to.
DMI's objective benchmark, similar to a credit score (between 300 and 850) of your clients' environments.
Shows which clients are on an upward DMI trajectory (improving) and which clients are on a downward DMI trajectory (needing attention) among DMI ranges.
This figure is the total hardware replacement sales opportunity for this particular client. The numbers are based on your Hardware replacement settings.
This is the total number of hardware assets for the respective client.
- Click the black icon to access a client's Hardware Lifecycle Report
- Click the blue icon to access that client's Scheduled Reports settings
The color-coded graph indicates their hardware replacement status at a high level. Click into the client for more details.
