Client settings

Learn about the settings you can manage at the client level

You have the ability to configure ScalePad for each of your managed clients. You can customize hardware replacement values, maximum replacement age, warranty coverage options, and generate reports accurate to how clients operate their businesses.

Client settings are configured under the following tabs:

Account Settings will be used by default

If you decide to not customize settings for a client, the global Account Settings are used by default.


Access Client settings

To edit the settings for a specific Client:

  1. Navigate to your Clients page
  1. Select a Client from the list
  1. Open Settings by clicking the Gear button to the right of the Hardware lifecycle report button.
  2. Customize client settings under each tab.
    Note those client settings automatically save when changed.
