On this page we'll walk through adjusting basic settings from your logo and display currency, to the more technical aspects like your hardware replacement and reporting settings.
Navigate to your Settings page by signing in to ScalePad and clicking Settings in your left-hand navigation bar.
- Branding: Choose how your company's name and website will display on reports.
- Business Type: Select your business type here, either IT Service Provider or Internal IT.
- Date: Select the date format you'd like for your reports
- Display currency: Choose which currency will display on your reports
- Click the Edit logo button to upload an image file
These are your Hardware Replacement Settings. Set the average hardware replacement value for each of your hardware asset types. This is crucial to ensure you have the most accurate data show up on your Hardware Lifecycle Reports.
Use the Maximum replacement age to determine when a hardware asset is recognized as overdue. ScalePad will use the warranty expiry date as the end-of-life date by default unless changed.
Set the number of days prior to your hardware assets' expiration date, to be recognized as "Due Soon" for replacement.
Check the boxes to show the respective features on your Hardware Lifecycle Report. Likewise, un-check the boxes to have them not show.
Adjust your Warranty coverage cart settings here. Set your defaults for Markup, Service length, and SLA for each type of hardware asset.
Note: You can also set these at a per-organization level if you'd like different defaults for a specific client of yours.

You can Set up multi-factor authentication here for yourself and/or users in your account. You will need Administrator permissions to adjust this setting.
Here is where you can see a list of all user accounts associated with your ScalePad account. As an Administrator, you can click into each user and manage their permissions.
